Road Test Service

To obtain a drivers license in the state of Georgia, an applicant must pass a written test (click on learner's permit service) and pass a road skills test.  The Department of Driver Services' road test often consist of maneuvers such as parallel parking, weaving through traffic cones, reversing the car in a straight line, doing a quick stop from 20 m.p.h., making left and right hand turns, giving proper signals, and possibly actual driving on the street.

Taggart's Driving School provides a "road test service" in which the instructor will pick up the student at home, work or another convenient location, provide transportation to and from the Department of Driver Services testing area, and the use of the training vehicle for the test.

Because there are often delays at the DDS testing stations, students should allow a minimum of 4 hours to complete this service.
